HGZ series self-adjusting welding roller frame adopts polyurethane wheels, which improves the stability and driving ability of transmission. The driving motor adopts Taian AC frequency conversion motor

Other features of welding rotator:

1. The driving motor uses Taiwan an AC variable frequency motor.

2. Roller bearing bearing adopts self-aligning roller bearing, which has the characteristics of strong bearing capacity and impact resistance.

3. All shaft parts are quenched and tempered, and the gear parts are quenched and tempered.

4. The welded base is formed by sheet metal welding and treated with stress relief, which has sufficient strength to ensure long-term use.

5. All axis holes are machined by CNC boring machine, and the accuracy of transmission gear is 7, ensuring the dimensional accuracy.

6. The electronic control system consists of a control box and a manual control box. The electronic control system adopts Taiwan Woodbasket AC frequency conversion speed regulation system to speed up. The control box and manual control box are connected with imported super soft multi wire cable to ensure reliable operation.

7. The control box and the active roller frame are integrated into one body for easy handling.

8. The driven base is equipped with a walking mechanism to facilitate the workshop to adjust the distance between the active and passive roller frames. A walking mechanism is arranged at the lower part of the driving roller frame.
