Movement Double Arc Double Wire
The arc guide can be used for H-shaped steel welding instead of the
optional rear frame boat.
After the electroslag welding lead is cleaned and flipped through
the box-shaped column extinction port, it is moved to the
double-arc double-wire (or three-arc and three-wire) welding area
of the cantilever roller conveyor, flipped from 180
degrees-movement moves the work to the submerged arc welding side
After the welding is completed, the arm frame is rotated by a
180-degree flip and moved to the side of the cantilever welding for
welding.

Features:
1. Equipped with submerged arc welding head, the horizontal arm can
move up and down on the arm, so that the tip of the machine head is
aligned with the welding seam.
2. The welding arc guide arm cooperates with the pneumatic
mechanical device to realize the welding seam tracking, and then
the cantilever welding rail moves in a straight line for automatic
welding.

equipped with automatic flux laying recovery and processing device.
